Almost every day or weekend we watch short track races where guys can only pass via touching a left rear quarter, touching a back bumper or just drive through another guy and yet that's acceptable. Then we see drivers out of their cars arms going, lips flapping, and they either approach a car at the start finish line or they run down to a guy in his pit stall and run their mouths.
You know what some of these guys need is a trip into the fence, turn one of them drivers side door in traffic. They need to be taught if you can't pass cleanly up top then settle for second or whatever. Wrecking to pass is not "rubbing," drilling left rear quarters isn't either.
If I had a car out there and we show you the outside but you choose to drive through us your next race car would be a wheelchair. And if you entered my pit stall I'd break all your fingers. You'd be on the ground before security made it over.
Some of these guys haven't had their "big one," some need to find themselves picking their teeth off the dash bar. It's pathetic to watch cars dump each other and for years it was acceptable in cup until Hocevar shows up now he's the bad guy. Cup created their own issues and cup created the racing we've seen the last 30 years.
Fuck running the outside. Let's screw our cars to the earth on the bottom, let's lift so early you almost have to downshift into the turns and let's leave the outer two grooves wide open, used to be slow cars to the bottom fast cars up top now it is slow cars on the bottom and maybe 1 or 2 that can actually successfully pass outside. The rest go up there and absolutely can't go in two or three lengths deeper they just die out there and fall back in the train then with 2 to go they start hammering on your left rear! Fucking sickening.
But they blister warm ups, set fast times then drop off the clock, await their hand out caution to fire tires and add whatever then line back up and wreck each other on restarts. It's really retarded.
