Proper design and installation of front suspension.
Anti Dive
It is recommended that your design have 0 Anti Dive and 0 dynamic Caster Change through bump. Mount front A-arms parallel to center line of chassis, parallel to the ground, and parallel to each other.
Anti Dive causes front A-arm pivot points to lock up under braking and forward weight transfer, resulting in extra spring rate to the front end, causing wheel chatter under braking.
Large amount of caster change creates unstable feeling for the driver. Caster change also causes the tie rod to move in a path which is dissimilar to the path of the wheel it is connected to, causing erratic bump steer. A good driver reacts to what he feels the car is about to do, therefore you must eliminate incorrect design and construction.
Roll centers moving laterally and caster decreasing during bump cause erratic feeling, making the car undriveable. Most race cars that don't handle have ill designed front suspension.
